My husband and I went to the new Renys in Waterville this morning. We were soooo impressed with the entire staff! Every single employee was smiling, engaging, and offered to help. The floor display areas were spacious, neat, and orderly. It was such a pleasure and we are looking forward to another visit soon. Keep up the great work ethic...it is rare these days, and very much appreciated to find the old Maine work ethic alive and well!

Well worth the wait to finally have Reny's in Waterville. Have enjoyed shopping here since they opened. The store is well stocked, organized and clean. The staff is a joy to interface with.

The opportunity to explore Reny's has been scarce for me, given its distant location from Waterville. However, I was deeply impressed by the exceptional courtesy and readiness to assist offered by their staff. Every employee demonstrates a willingness to aid in any capacity, expressed through smiling, inquiring about the success of one's search for items, and expressing gratitude for patronage. Such qualities are regrettably uncommon in contemporary society. The experience of entering Reny's is a refreshing contrast. Repeated visits have never resulted in disappointment. I appreciate the consistent stocking of shelves, the establishment's cleanliness, and its organization. Furthermore, Reny's is a Maine-based business that provides an extensive array of Maine-made products. Its presence in Waterville is a fortunate development, and we are most fortunate to have them as part of our community.

So glad Renys came to Waterville! This store is very clean especially the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful every time I shop there. I like the variety of high end clothing but affordable items as well. Great store.
